Expanding Capabilities: Marking the entry of the second generation, Mr. Amrit G. Jalavadia joined the business in 1985. By 1995, we established this specialized division featuring a modern, Induction furnace-based green sand-casting facility to produce high-quality castings up to 70 kg.

Entering Precision Machining: Formerly known as Spin Craft. To meet the soaring demand for high-accuracy engineering, we formed this entity to machine precision components, primarily catering to the rigorous demands of the automotive components and bearing industries.

Heavy-Duty Infrastructure: With the third generation of family business owners actively driving expansion from 2015, we commissioned a brand-new modernized machining plant in 2018. This growth culminated in 2022 with a state-of-the-art Lost Foam Casting foundry specializing in critical engine and gearbox castings weighing from 50 kg to 500 kg.

Next-Gen Mobility: Established to design, develop, and manufacture state-of-the-art powertrain and propulsion solutions. This division is heavily focused on the future—overhauling core agricultural designs and developing pioneering drone engines for off-highway, defense, and aerospace applications.

National Defense & Security: Formed as a dedicated arm to manufacture critical defense components and assemblies. Following our successful venture into Small Arms components for Ordnance factories (Kanpur, Ichhapur, and Trichy), this entity focuses on high-stakes engineering, proudly participating in India's prestigious Make 1 & Make 2 programs for indigenous defense technology development.
